The Student Advocacy Committee serves as a direct advisory link to the senate as well as a peripheral supporting workforce in all ASUCR affairs. Our goal is to connect students to ASUCR and inform them of the vital and significant issues that affect us as college students.
As members, we meet on a consistent basis and address important issues by brainstorming potentially progressive advancements and beneficial suggestions. Along with these meetings we make an active effort to engage the student population, and will be interacting with the students on campus regularly.
As student advocates, our main priority is to make sure that that the student voice is heard and as committee we strive to strengthen the link between ASUCR and the student body.
