R'Booth: Event Photobooth

We're excited to officially introduce R'Booth - ASUCR's photobooth program is now available to support your events and programs! This began as a student leader and staff collaborative idea to bring back having an exciting memento item at events while being better stewards of our funds and extending that opportunity to similar programs looking to do the same. Whether you're hosting a welcome social, a celebration, or a signature program, R'Booth is here to add a fun, memorable experience for your attendees.

 

📸 What R'Booth Offers:
• A professional photobooth setup for your event
• Custom or template background graphics
• On-site staffing support

 

🗓 How to Book:
Submitting a request takes just a few minutes. Use the link here to complete a booking request form, and our team will follow up to confirm availability. Booking requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks and/or 15 business days before your event. Submitting this form does not guarantee availability. Our team will confirm your booking via email.

Base Package: Our base package is for two (2) hours and additional hours can be added on for longer events. 

Pricing: 

  • Clubs/Organization: $250/booking
  • UCR Departments: $400/booking
  • ASUCR Programs: $100/booking (Please note that ASUCR offices/teams are charged differently, not lower, as ASUCR is the supervising department for the assistants covering the event)
  • Add On: $50/hour for additional time beyond the two (2) hour base package.

Event Locations: The photobooth services are only available for on-campus events.

The R'Booth: Event Photobooth provides campus celebrations and social events on campus. Please contact the Career Center if you are looking for the R'Professional Photo Booth that provides professional headshots at the Career Center, including group visits by appointment.
