Who can purchase Discounted Tickets through the ASUCR website?

UCR Faculty, Staff and Students only.

Can I order tickets by mail?

We do not offer ticket purchases by mail.

Can I get a replacement of tickets if mine were lost or stolen?

ASUCR is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.

How may I find the operating hours for a specific theme park?

You may obtain operating hours for all attractions by visiting their websites.

Where can I obtain information on parking fees at theme parks?

For the most current information on parking fees, please visit the theme park websites. Web addresses are shown on ASUCR’s website.

 How can I access ASUCR's online e-ticket programs?

In order to access the e-ticket programs, you must be a UCR faculty member, staff member or student, and log in to ASUCR’s e-ticket website with your valid UCR net I.D. and password.

Why do I have to log in?

Online programs offered on ASUCR's website are offered exclusively for group sales accounts.  Online agreements require blocking public access to such sites.

I forgot my User ID and/or password. How can I reset my password?

You must contact the appropriate UCR department.  ASUCR is not responsible for resetting UCR IDs/passwords.

I was billed incorrectly for my e-tickets. What do I do now?

If you were billed incorrectly during your online transaction, you must contact the theme park’s customer service department. Remember to have your online transaction/confirmation number on hand prior to contacting them.

Can I get a refund for tickets purchased online?

E-ticket programs available on ASUCR's website are properties of theme parks we sell discount tickets for. Refund policies may vary depending on the park. Before you finalize your online transaction, please make sure to read their Terms and Conditions, and know what their e-ticket return policies are. ASUCR can assist you with your inquiry, but is not responsible for the outcome.

Are more e-ticket programs going to become available on ASUCR's website?

ASUCR sponsors e-ticket programs as they are developed and offered by the theme parks. Please visit our website frequently to see new additions and/or updates to our Programs and Services.  ASUCR has the right to add/cancel any e-ticket program at it’s own discretion, and without warning or notice.
