This quick event planning guide is designed to empower ASUCR student leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to successfully execute their event. The guide covers important phases of event planning, moving through crucial logistics such as ASUCR processes, tips for effective communication, and concluding with post-event analysis and reporting. Please note that this is a living document and can be updated at any time if needed or requested.

- Please submit this form prior to speaking with a professional staff member about your event. Allow for 5 business days for processing before stopping by the office. This form must be filled out 3-4 weeks prior to your event, no exceptions. If you are wanting to include promotional items, please fill out this form 1+ month prior to your event date. This is to account for manufacturing, shipping, delays, etc. Please note: if you would like to cancel your event to comment in your event submission ASAP. If you do not cancel within 7 business days in advance, you will be charged by HUB scheduling.
